MAVRG - Row Max Average
Given an N × M matrix find the maximum average of a row in it.
Input
First line containing two integers N and M (1 ≤ N, M ≤ 10).
The following N lines each contains M integers representing the matrix.
The absolute value of values in the matrix won't exceed 100.
Output
The maximum average of a row with 2 decimal places.
Example
Input: 2 2 1 0 1 1 Output: 1.00
Explanation
The average of the first row is (1 + 0) / 2 = 0.5
The average of the second row is (1 + 1) / 2 = 1
